That legacy became the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® program in 2017, built to connect Luxury Property Specialists with the world's most affluent buyers and sellers.
Today the program sits within Coldwell Banker, part of Compass International Holdings, with a presence in roughly 120 countries and territories worldwide. Fewer than one in ten Coldwell Banker agents earn the Luxury Property Specialist designation, which requires completing a certification course developed with the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
